Welcome to MakroPak. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MakroPak website, online store, products, services, and related content (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing a product from MakroPak, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order.

1. About MakroPak

MakroPak sells meal-prep backpacks, bags, accessories, and related products through its online store and other authorized sales channels.

For purposes of these Terms, “MakroPak,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to MakroPak and its applicable business entity.

“You” and “your” refer to the individual or entity accessing our Services or purchasing our products.

2. Eligibility

4. Pricing and Availability

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify prices, promotions, discounts, product availability, and other purchasing terms at any time.

We do not guarantee that a product will remain available after you add it to your cart.

If an obvious pricing or product listing error occurs, MakroPak reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a refund for any amount paid.

5. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that MakroPak has accepted the order.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including after an order confirmation has been issued, where permitted by applicable law.

Reasons for cancellation may include:

  • Product availability issues

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity

  • Incorrect customer or payment information

  • Shipping restrictions

  • Unusually large or suspicious orders

  • Violations of these Terms

  • Other legitimate business or operational reasons

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will generally refund the amount paid for the canceled portion of the order.

6. Payment

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. MakroPak does not directly store complete payment-card information when such information is processed by our payment providers.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel transactions that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, or otherwise suspicious.

7. Shipping and Delivery

MakroPak ships orders to the locations made available during checkout.

Estimated delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Holidays

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Other circumstances beyond MakroPak's reasonable control

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, MakroPak is generally not responsible for carrier delays.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our MakroPak Returns & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, eligible returns must be requested within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Products must satisfy the applicable return requirements before a refund will be issued.

9. Limited Lifetime Warranty

Certain MakroPak products may be covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty.

The warranty applies only to qualifying products and manufacturing defects and does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, improper care, unauthorized modifications, or other exclusions specified in the warranty.

The warranty is subject to the terms and conditions of the MakroPak Limited Lifetime Warranty.

The warranty does not create any rights beyond those provided under applicable law.

10. Product Use and Safety

You are responsible for using MakroPak products in accordance with their intended purpose and any instructions provided with the product.

Do not use a product in a manner inconsistent with its design, stated specifications, warnings, or instructions.

MakroPak is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, improper maintenance, or use outside the product's intended purpose, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

11. Intellectual Property

All content available through our Services, including but not limited to:

  • Logos

  • Brand names

  • Product names

  • Product designs

  • Photographs

  • Graphics

  • Videos

  • Written content

  • Website designs

  • Layouts

  • Icons

  • Software

  • Trademarks

is owned by or licensed to MakroPak and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publicly display, republish, or commercially exploit MakroPak content without our prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of MakroPak's intellectual property.

12. User-Generated Content

If you submit reviews, photographs, videos, comments, testimonials, social-media content, or other material to MakroPak (“User Content”), you retain ownership of your original content.

However, by submitting User Content to MakroPak or using our designated submission features, you grant MakroPak a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use that content for marketing, advertising, promotional, and business purposes.

You represent that:

  • You own or have permission to use the content

  • Your content does not violate another person's rights

  • Your content is not fraudulent or misleading

  • Your content does not contain unlawful material

  • Your content does not violate applicable laws

MakroPak reserves the right to remove or decline to publish User Content at its discretion.

13. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our Services to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation

  • Commit fraud or engage in deceptive activity

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website or systems

  • Interfere with website security or functionality

  • Use automated systems to scrape or collect website content without permission

  • Submit false or misleading information

  • Abuse promotions, discounts, refunds, or return policies

  • Purchase products for fraudulent resale or other unlawful purposes

MakroPak does not guarantee that:

  • The website will be free from errors

  • All information will always be accurate or complete

  • The Services will be free from viruses or other harmful components

  • Products will meet every individual preference or expectation

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MakroPak and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to:

  • Your use of the Services

  • Your inability to use the Services

  • Your purchase or use of a product

  • Delays or failures in delivery

  • Unauthorized access or security incidents

  • Third-party services

  • User Content

  • Other matters relating to your use of our Services

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MakroPak's total liability arising from a particular purchase or transaction will not exceed the amount you actually paid to MakroPak for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply where prohibited by applicable law.

18. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MakroPak and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your misuse of the Services

  • Your violation of applicable law

  • Your infringement of another person's rights

  • Your User Content

  • Your fraudulent or unauthorized activity

19. Force Majeure

MakroPak will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These circumstances may include natural disasters, severe weather, war, terrorism, labor disputes, supply-chain disruptions, transportation interruptions, government actions, utility failures, cyber incidents, pandemics, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

20. Account Suspension and Termination

MakroPak reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services, cancel orders, or restrict future purchases where permitted by law if we reasonably believe that you have:

  • Violated these Terms

  • Engaged in fraudulent activity

  • Abused our policies

  • Attempted unauthorized access

  • Engaged in unlawful conduct

  • Misused promotions, refunds, or returns

  • Created a security or operational risk

Termination does not eliminate obligations or rights that arose before termination.

21. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable in the state where MakroPak's applicable business entity is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive consumers of rights that cannot legally be waived under the laws applicable to their transaction.

22. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a formal legal claim, you agree to first contact MakroPak and provide a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the dispute.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency or equitable relief when legally available.

Any dispute-resolution provisions that are required to comply with applicable law will be interpreted and enforced accordingly.

23. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

24. No Waiver

If MakroPak does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision later.

25. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refund Policy, Limited Lifetime Warranty, and any other policies expressly incorporated into these Terms, constitute the agreement between you and MakroPak regarding your use of our Services and purchase of our products, except where a separate written agreement applies.

26. Changes to These Terms

MakroPak reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
